Orders & Returns
If any product is unavailable, we will inform you and all payments will be refunded where required.
On receipt of your order you will be notified by email of progress.
Delivery charges will be added at the checkout.
On receipt of your goods please check the items carefully and notify us within 24 hours via email to firstname.lastname@example.org of any items that are incorrect or incomplete.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If any products we send to you are damaged or not as ordered we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery. Please advise us within 24 hours of the products being received via email to email@example.com. We will then issue the appropriate paperwork to ensure full traceability of the products being returned.
Replacement items will be sent as soon as possible, dependent on stock availability. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the goods back. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. We cannot guarantee that we receive the goods, therefore recorded delivery is advised. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to zero if any items are not deemed to be faulty or damaged. You will be informed by email when the refund has been processed. In the event, we refund prior to receiving the goods back to us then we reserve the right to deduct from your account the cost of the goods if they are not returned to us.
We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non-delivery of goods due to misinformation or an incorrectly supplied delivery address or a mistake by the carrier. We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline but please order in sufficient time for time-critical items.
